Here's how it works...

When you buy a one-seat license at the regular price, we ship you two (2) copies of the software on CD-ROM with two (2) sets of color charts. The second seat license includes a separate serial number, askey code, and Artellmedia ID to be registered by your friend.

What do you and your friend do?

Once you receive your package by postal mail, give the 2nd seat license package (it's labelled "Complimentary Software") to your friend and have them register with us by email.

Once they have registered and accept the User Agreement that governs the download service, they will be permitted access to use the service to download free updates for a year starting the date of purchased.

For example, if you purchased the license to Artworks Basic on August 10, 2008, your friend must register and accpet the User Agreement on or before August 31, 2009. That's all there is to it.
